SPLASH N SWING Mini Golf Tournament

Player Eligibility & Registration

• All players must register to receive a unique Player Code
• Player Code is required for booking game slots and submitting scores
• Each player is allowed to play a maximum of three (3) rounds during the tournament
• Players under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Game Play & Scoring

• A round consists of playing all nine (9) holes on the course
• Your score is the total number of strokes taken to complete a round
• The goal is to achieve the lowest score possible
• Maximum of 10 strokes per hole (scores beyond 10 will be recorded as 10)
• Scores for each hole must be between 1 and 10 (invalid otherwise)
• Players must play the ball as it lies - no moving the ball to better positions
• If a ball leaves the playing area, place it back in bounds at the point where it exited, adding one penalty stroke

Equipment

• Only tournament-provided putters may be used
• Personal putters or other equipment are not permitted
• Golf balls are provided by the tournament

Booking & Administration

• You must book a game slot using your Player Code and registered email
• Please arrive on time for your booked slot
• Game will be supervised and score keeping will be captured by administrator
• After completing your round, proceed to the designated score-keeping area
• An administrator will verify and record your score on the official scoreboard
• Scores are final once officially recorded by the administrator

The Leaderboard

• Your rank is determined by your best (lowest) score from all completed rounds
• The system automatically selects your lowest score out of your three rounds
• In tie situations:
  • The player with the next-best score will be ranked higher
  • If still tied, players share the same rank
• The official leaderboard is updated by administrators

Conduct & Sportsmanship

• Maintain good sportsmanship and be respectful to other players and administrators
• Respect other players - remain quiet and still when others are putting
• Keep the course clean and be mindful of your surroundings
• No disruptive behavior will be tolerated
• No one may touch or interfere with another player's ball
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited during tournament play
• Report any issues with the course or equipment to an administrator

Disqualification

Players may be disqualified for:

• Cheating or intentionally misrepresenting scores
• Unsportsmanlike conduct
• Failure to follow course rules or administrator instructions
• Exceeding the maximum 3-round limit

Weather Policy

• Tournament will continue in light rain
• In case of severe weather, play will be suspended and resumed when conditions improve
• If weather prevents completion, winners will be determined based on completed holes
